Should your reservation or account show any signs of fraud, abuse or suspicious activity, Tavitt may close any Tavitt account associated with your name, email address or account.

Tavitt reserves the right to take necessary legal action in case of any misconduct by Users. You are also responsible for paying any monetary losses incurred by Tavitt, including legal costs and damages.


【Your Tavitt Account】

You may need a Tavitt account to use the Service.

Tavitt accounts can be created by Users or assigned by your administrator (your employer, your institution, etc.).

If you use a Tavitt account assigned by your administrator, different or additional terms may apply.

In addition, an administrator may be able to access or delete the User account.

To protect your Tavitt account, please do not share your password with anyone. You are solely responsible for your actions on and through your Tavitt Account.

Please avoid reusing Tavitt account passwords with third-party applications.

If you find that your password or account has been compromised, please let us know.


【Privacy and Copyright Policies】

Tavitt’s Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy”) describes the handling of User’s personal data and the protection of privacy when using the Service.
By using the Service, you are agreeing to Tavitt’s use of your personal data in accordance with Tavitt’s Privacy Policy.


【Your Content in the Service】

Some of the Service may allow you to upload, provide, store, send, or receive Content.
You continue to retain your intellectual property rights in the Content. In other words, your own content is still owned by you.

When you upload, provide, store, send, or receive Content on the Service, you grant Tavitt a worldwide license to use, host, store, copy, modify, create derivative works (for example, the creation or derivative of Tavitt’s translations, transformations, or modifications that may cause your Content to function better on the Service), (publicly) transmit, publish, perform, screen, (publicly) display and distribute in association with such Content.

The rights granted by Users under this license are limited to the operation, promotion, improvement and development of new services.

This license remains valid even if you stop using the Service (for example, business listings you add to Google Maps).

Some of the Service may provide you with a way to access and remove Content you provide to the Service.

In addition, some of the Service may have provisions or settings that narrow the use of Content provided by the Service by Tavitt.

Tavitt’s automated system analyzes your Content (including email) to provide you with relevant and personalized functionality.

These features include customized search results, customized ads, spam and malware detection, and more. This analysis occurs when Content is sent, received, and saved.

If you have a Tavitt account, we may display your profile name, profile picture, and behavior on Tavitt or third party applications associated with your Tavitt account (User’s +1 and User-written reviews and posted comments), including advertising and other commercial displays. Tavitt respects the choices made by Users in their Tavitt account regarding sharing or disclosure.

You can find more information about how Tavitt uses and stores Content in Tavitt’s Privacy Policy or additional terms for certain services. If you submit feedback or suggestions regarding the Service, Tavitt will be able to use the feedback or suggestions without obligation to you.


【About Software in the Service】

If the Service requires or includes downloadable Software (the “Software”), that Software may be automatically updated on your device when a new version or feature is available. Some of the Service may allow you to change the automatic update settings.

Tavitt grants you a free, non-transferable, non-exclusive, non-exclusive personal use license for the Software Tavitt provides to you as part of the Service.

This license is solely for the purpose of allowing you to use and benefit from the Service provided by Tavitt in the manner permitted by these terms.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell or rent the Service or any part of the Software contained in the Service and attempt to reverse-engineer or extract the source code of the Software. However, this is not the case if the law prohibits this limitation, or if you obtain written permission from Tavitt.

Open source Software is important to Tavitt. Some Software used in the Service may be provided under an open source license provided by Tavitt.

This open source license may include terms that expressly supersede some of these terms.


【Modification or Termination of the Service】

Tavitt is constantly changing and improving the Service. Tavitt has the ability to add or remove functionality and features, and may suspend or terminate the entire Service.

You may terminate the use of the Service at any time. Tavitt may at any time also terminate the provision of the Service to its Users or add or newly set restrictions on the Service.

Tavitt believes that it is important for you to own your data and to ensure that you have constant access to that data.

If Tavitt interrupts the Service, and when reasonably possible, Tavitt will give you reasonable advance notice and provide you with the opportunity to obtain information from the Service.


【Warranty Disclaimer】

TAVITT PROVIDES THE SERVICE WITH COMMERCIALLY REASONABLE STANDARDS OF TECHNOLOGY AND ATTENTION, AND WE HOPE THAT YOU WILL ENJOY USING THE SERVICE. HOWEVER, WE MAY NOT BE ABLE TO PROMISE ABOUT THE SEARCH RESULTS AND THE CONTENTS OF THE SERVICE.

OTHER THAN AS EXPRESSLY STATED IN THIS AGREEMENT OR ADDITIONAL TERMS, NEITHER TAVITT NOR ITS SUPPLIERS OR DISTRIBUTORS MAKE ANY SPECIFIC COMMITMENTS OR WARRANTIES ABOUT THE SERVICE.

FOR EXAMPLE, TAVITT DOESN’T MAKE ANY WARRANTIES ABOUT: (A) THE CONTENT PROVIDED THROUGH THE SERVICE; (B) THE SPECIFIC FEATURES OF THE SERVICE, OR ITS RELIABILITY, AVAILABILITY, OR ABILITY TO MEET YOUR NEEDS. THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS”.

IN SOME JURISDICTIONS, MERCHANTABILITY, ADAPTABILITY FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF NON-INFRINGEMENT MAY BE WARRANTED.

TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TAVITT DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES.


【Limitation of Liability】

IF ANY DAMAGE IS CAUSED TO YOU BY THE INFORMATION PROVIDED BY THE SERVICE OR THE SEARCH RESULT, TAVITT DOES NOT GUARANTEE ANYTHING.

PLEASE USE THE INFORMATION PROVIDED BY TAVITT AT YOUR OWN RISK.

EXCEPT AS REQUIRED BY APPLICABLE LAW, TAVITT, ITS SUPPLIERS AND DISTRIBUTORS ARE NOT BE RESPOBSIBLE FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUES OR DATA; PECUNIARY, INDIRECT, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL LOSS; OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.

TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, TAVITT AND ITS SUPPLIERS AND DISTRIBUTORS’ TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS TO WHICH THESE TERMS APPLY, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES, IN ORDER FOR YOU TO USE THE SERVICE, IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT PAID FOR, OR, IF TAVITT CHOOSES, TO PROVIDE THE SERVICE TO YOU AGAIN.

IN NO EVENT SHALL TAVITT AND ITS SUPPLIERS AND DISTRIBUTORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE THAT CANNOT BE REASONABLY FORESEEN.


【Use of the Service by Business Operators】

Use of the Service by Business Operators

When using the Service for a business operator, the business operator agrees to this Agreement. Such business shall be liable and indemnified, for any claim, action, or legal action relating to or arising from Tavitt and its affiliates, officers, agents, or employees, relating to or resulting from the use of the Service or any breach of these terms, including claims, losses, damages, legal liability and costs from lawsuits, trials, and charges, attorney fees.


【About this Agreement】

Tavitt may modify the terms or any additional terms for a particular service that apply to the Service to reflect, for example, legal changes or changes to the Service.

Users should check this Agreement on a regular basis. Tavitt will display notice of amendments to these terms on this page. Regarding amendments to additional regulations, a notice will be displayed within the applicable service.

The changes are not applied retroactively and take effect 14 days after the changes are displayed.

However, any changes to address new features of the Service or for legal reasons shall become effective immediately.

If you do not agree with the revised terms regarding the Service, please stop using the Service.

In the event of any conflict between these terms and the additional terms, the additional terms will supersede this Agreement.

This Agreement defines the relationship between Tavitt and Users. This Agreement does not create a beneficiary right of a third party.

If Tavitt does not immediately take any legal action if you fail to comply with these terms, this does not mean that you are waiving Tavitt’s rights (for example, the right to take legal action in the future).

If a particular rule proves to be non-enforceable, it does not affect any of the other rules.

The laws of the Kingdom of Thailand shall apply to any dispute arising out of or related to these terms or the Service. Any claim arising out of or related to these terms or the Service may be taken only in a court located in Bangkok, Thailand, and you and Tavitt agree to the personal jurisdiction of that court.
